Advanced Placement Biology
WELCOME!
This is where you will find information pertaining directly to your class! I am so excited to have such a wonderful group of excited students! It will be a challenging year for you, but we will have a blast!
Textbook: keep at home. Use it for homework, as a reference, etc. Remember: use your notes as a guide for depth, NOT the book! Also, the CD in the book is great- use it!
I recommend a study guide- there are many out there; Barron's had a good one, some of my previous students liked "5 steps to a 5". Take a look- there are many different formats available. You do not need to bring your textbook to class with you.
Remember: I recommend 45-90 minutes of study PER NIGHT. And...READ the TEXT!!! It really does make a difference! It will pay off! (Reduced stress, for one thing!)
WELCOME!!!!!
